Mukesh Chaudhary started Jai Bharat Processor in 2010 — one small unit, a handful of customers, and a great deal of work done himself. What the company has today was not bought; it was built, one unit at a time: Paonta Sahib in 2010, Jammu in 2017, Haridwar, Derabassi, a Toyo ink and chemicals point at Baddi, Karnal — and in 2026, a laser die making plant in Nigeria.
The standard he set on the first order still runs the floor. A printer does not lose money on the price of a die or a plate — they lose it on the run that has to be done again. So nothing leaves a unit until it has been checked against the job it was made for. More than any machine we have installed, that habit is what customers keep coming back for.

For laser dies, send the CAD keyline as DXF, AI, CDR or PDF along with board specification and quantity. For plates, send print-ready artwork with separations, plus press and substrate details. If you only have a physical sample, share it with us and we will work from that.

Yes. We run a dedicated ink matching centre at Haridwar. Alongside Toyo process inks and coatings we handle custom shade matching, so colour stays consistent between repeat runs.
Yes. Our Konica digital press and sample maker at Paonta Sahib produce dummies and mock-ups so you can hold and approve the pack before any tooling is committed.
